- Assist in daily operations and maintenance of the production line to ensure smooth workflow.

- Set up and monitor production testing equipment

- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot or resolve issues with machinery to ensure continuous operation

- Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency and enhance productivity。

- Calibration of production line instruments
校准生产线仪器仪表
- Preparation of product certification documents
准备产品认证文件
- Writing, updating, and revising work instruction for operator
编写、更新和修订操作员作业指导书
- Quality related jobs and other tasks assigned by line manager
其他生产质量相关工作及主管交办事项

Skills Requirement:
- Associate degrees, graduated from electronic engineering or related technical fields
大专以上学历，电子工程/电子信息等相关专业。
- Ability to read assembly drawings
能看懂装配图纸
- Problem solving, quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical issues
具备问题解决能力，能快速有效地识别和解决技术问题
- Fundamental electronics knowledge (Ohm Law and resistor value readings)
掌握电子学基础知识（欧姆定律与电阻值读数）
- Associated with using multimeter (for AC/DC voltage and current measurement) and function or signal generator (adjusting key signal parameters, including frequency, amplitude)
熟练使用万用表（交流/直流电压电流测量）及函数/信号发生器（调节频率、幅度等关键信号参数）
- Able to use electronic rework/repair tools, such as soldering iron to upgrade PCBA.
能使用电子维修工具（如烙铁）进行PCBA升级改造
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other team members, operators and engineers.
具备良好的人际沟通能力，能与团队成员、操作工及工程师高效协作
- Willing to learn different function knowledge such as quality department
愿意学习质量部门等不同职能领域知识
- Use of MS Office (Excel, Word), can read Electrical and mechanical drawings
熟练使用MS Office（Excel/Word），能识读电气图和机械图纸
- Oral English can be communication with foreigner
能用英语进行口语沟通
- ISO internal auditor is a plus
具备ISO内审员资格者优先
- Vibration Tech. knowledge is a plus
具有振动技术知识者优先
