职位描述
1.Employment objective
In accordance with the company's strategic requirements, be responsible for the business development and operation management of direct customers in the European region to achieve the annual sales revenue target; And maintain the company's customer relationships and brand awareness in this region well.
2.Tasks:
(1)Qualified individual needs to be responsible for monitoring the direct customers business situation in Euro. Make a reasonable annual sales plan and drive the corresponding resources to hit the target. Coordinate resources internally to ensure delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
(2)In accordance with the requirements of the daily management of the sales team, submit and complete the work related to sales affairs. Make regular reports, including but not limited to sales reports, new customer progress, bid reports, RFQ reports, and sales cost management reports.
(3)Key customer relationship maintenance, identify customer needs (including customized needs) to achieve Design-in. Actively participate in customer negotiation and maximize the company's interests in the negotiation.
(4)Collect information about the development trends of the electronic components industry in Euro markets, and feedback to marketing department of the head office in time.
3、Routine Work
(1)Communicate the completion of per week's work by email or net-meeting, and report the completion of monthly work and plan by email on the last working day of each month, according to the management requirements of the head office,carrying out the work promptly and effectively.
(2)According to work needs, regularly hold conference calls to keep effective communication with the head office; return to the head office at least once a year.
Skills and Qualifications:
1、Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in sales or marketing position in electronic components, communication or RF/Microwave industry (RF/Microwave background preferred).
2、Education/working experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Communication Engineering or other relevant engineering fields with 5 years working experience. Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
3、Language competence:Fluent in Chinese, familiar with Chinese culture.
4、Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers. Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.
5、Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Remuneration Package:
Base salary of €4,000 - €6,000/month complemented by an annual bonus structure tied directly to sales deliverables.
