Job responsibility:
- Provide support for supplier evaluation when the company selects matched supplier for processing line;
- Provide technical support at searching process of new suppliers;
- Contact to the headquarter in Germany and company-owned business
units in China during research, evaluation, designing and manufacturing of parts and processing line, provide technical support for Chinese market and sales persons; - Coordination of project-related content and issues between worldwide located BHS companies and other parties;
- Organize and supervise the technical work on site, and handle related matters;
- Determination, compliance and acceptance of project-related milestones;
- Monitoring and controlling of project budget, quality and deadlines;
- Creating of project plans and reports;
- Support for drawing modifications and drawing designs for relevant structural
components in accordance with the layout requirements of local customers; - Supporting for parts and project relevant calculations;
- Coordinate product engineering team, suppliers, in its projects;
- Execution of assembly inspections and acceptance tests until the completion
acceptance report is signed; - Provide technical support for the preparation of bidding documents during the
sales bidding process； - Regularly summit work report and report to General Manager of BHS Tianjin;
- Complete other works assigned by GM.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of project management experience in solid waste recycling
field, such as lithium-ion battery recycling, automotive crushing residue
recycling, electronic waste recycling, hazardous waste disposal, biogas
energy generation etc.;
2. Good mechanical and electrical knowledge background;
3. Ability to modify and design drawings;
4. Fluent both in Chinese and English;
5. Strong communication and coordination skills;
6. Skills at Microsoft Office software, SAP, AutoCAD, Inventor, knowing ANSYS
analysis software would be better;
7. Adapt to business trips and long-term presence on sites.
