Role Purpose Statement This role develops future quality management professionals. Trainees will engage in laboratory analysis, instrument maintenance, and quality management system improvement, ensuring Bunge's product quality and food safety. They will enhance testing capabilities, supporting operational excellence and sustainable goals for products from raw materials to finished products. 　 　 　 Main Accountabilities • Participate in routine analytical activities for raw materials, additive, bagging and products in process and final products to ensure positive release. • Perform the calibration and maintenance of testing instrument to ensure them runs normally and the test results are accurate. • Maintain the information and records can support the traceability of lab analysis.• Optimize and unify test methods according to business requirements and regulations. • Understand crush and refine processes and participate in activities to improve quality control measures and enhance product quality. • Be familiar Bunge safety requirements and implement those procedures strictly. 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 Education
