岗位职责
1.负责收集、整理和分析行业及公司业务数据，为决策提供支持和建议；
2.负责制定并实施业务数据分析策略，提升运营效率和业务绩效；
3.协助业务团队优化流程，提高团队运营效率和工作质量；
4.负责撰写经营分析报告，向管理层汇报业务情况和发展趋势；
5.参与制定并执行销售运营计划，推动销售业绩提升。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing industry and company business data to provide support and recommendations for decision-making;
2. Responsible for developing and implementing business data analysis strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance;
3. Assist the business team in optimizing processes, improving team operational efficiency and work quality;
4. Responsible for writing business analysis reports and reporting business situations and development trends to management;
5. Participate in the development and implementation of sales operation plans to drive sales performance improvement.
岗位基本需求
1.大学本科以上学历，专业不限；
2.熟练运用各类必要的分析工具，具备良好的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力；
3.具备较强的团队合作能力和沟通能力，至少1年相关领域的工作经验；
4.积极主动，有责任心和上进心。
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited;
2. Proficient in using various necessary analytical tools, possessing good data analysis and logical thinking abilities;
3. Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, with at least 1 year of work experience in the relevant field;
4. Proactive, responsible, and ambitious.
