Accountabilities 职责 1、Analyze based on commercial/finance data 通过商务/财务数据进行分析，捕捉关键问题，完成月度商务表现回顾； 2、Discuss, formulate, and cascade short-term plan.短期计划的制定、沟通和讨论； 3、Visualize and automate data analysis as key stakeholder.推动数据分析的自动化和可视化； Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求 1、Bachelor and above 本科学位及以上； 2、Prefer Work experience 3 5 years 工作经验3 5 年为佳，Prefer Consulting/ Finance/ Commercial/Analysis/ Commercial Operation background 咨询 财务 商务分析 销售运营背景为佳； 3、Good oral and written English 流利的英语口语及书写； 4、Proficient at analytics tools including but not limited to Project Management, Power BI, Excel, R, Python, etc. 熟练掌握数据分析工具及项目管理； 5、Good communication with both field team and senior management 出色的对上对下沟通，及与区域同事沟通的意愿； 6、Independent, proactive, self motivating, resilient
