Responsibility 岗位职责: - Be fully responsible for the delivery of factory products to ensure the accurate, timely and safe delivery of goods to customers to achieve customer satisfaction全面负责工厂产品发运，确保准确、按时、安全地将货物运送到客户，达到客户满意 - Development, evaluation and management of logistics suppliers物流供应商的开发、评估与管理 - Be responsible for formulating SOP related to logistics department, and guide and supervise the implementation负责制定物流部门相关的SOP，并负责在实施中进行指导与监督 - Customs manual management 海关手册管理 Main job contents 主要工作内容： 1） Prepare export Customs’ documents(booking form,invoice,packing list,contract,Customs’ declaration document, BL checking, BL surrendered document. Twiins: test commission(extra) 出口报关单证的准备(托书,发票, 清单, 合同,报关单草单,提单核对,电放保涵等等,电子产品: 电子测试委托单,DGM报告,SMS报告等等) 2）Responsible for the Manual Customs and updated information related. 海关手册管理 3）Prepare import Customs’ documents(invoice, packing list, contract and others)进口报关单证的准备(发票, 清单, 合同及其它海关临时要求的文件) 4) Prepare courier import Customs’ documents(invoice, packing list, contract and others)快递进口清关单证的准备(发票, 清单, 合同,其它海关要求的文件) 5) Prepare courier export documents(invoice, packing list) 国际快递单证准备(发票, 清单) 6) Domestic express order国内快递下单 7) 对账并请财务付款(包含国际/国内的快递费,出口费用,进口费用). Qualifications 任职资格： - Logistics related majors物流相关专业 - At least 3 years of logistics experience至少3年物流相关经验 - Familiar with import and export customs declaration process熟悉进出口报关流程 - English as work language 英语作为工作语言 - Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，如：Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT等 - Teamwork团队合作能力
