You'll make an impact by

● Help manufacturing clients define and implement digital transformation strategies, including smart manufacturing, digital supply chain, digital twin, and Industrial IoT platform development.
● Help clients build end-to-end manufacturing digitalization capabilities, covering production operations optimization, supply chain improvement and process optimization.
● Work closely with clients to diagnose pain points, design solutions, and drive implementation, analyze root causes, and provide professional and practical digital solutions to improve production efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction.
● Proactively manage digital transformation projects with professional methodologies, handling complex technical analyses and resolving customer issues in digital solution implementation. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
● Facilitate internal and external workshops with structured discussions on digital strategy, technology solution implementation, and manufacturing best practice sharing.
● Lead clients through digital transformation as a thought leader, driving organizational change and digital capability enhancement, motivating and coaching client teams during digital transformation.
Your defining qualities
4 years of work experience in manufacturing digitalization, industrial automation, or related consulting
Familiar with manufacturing digitalization tools and methodologies: Lean Manufacturing, MES, WMS, APS, digital twin, data analytics etc.
Familiar with basic consulting skills: structured thinking, visualization, interview techniques, presentation and workshop moderation, etc. with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients.
Result-oriented with structured analytical skills, able to translate technical analysis into business solutionsHigh self-motivation and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.Proven resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities.
Good in English, capable of collaboration with multiple departments Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related fields, Master's degree preferred
