Role Purpose Statement
Responsible to Transctional Procurement process of phase 2 from Bunge China. This role involves delivering daily KRA's, optimizing processes, and maintaining financial accuracy. Ensures service levels are met or exceeded in alignment to Business standards and SOX requirement.
　
　
　
Main Accountabilities
61 Handle Transactional procurement activities related to PO creation/modification, order confirmations validation, Invoice discrepancy resolution in compliance with procurement policies.
61 Ensure timely PO creation/modifications with accuracy adhering to the local regulations and Bunge AP Policy.
61 Analyzing daily reporting and connecting with team leader/stakeholders on clearing aged/open items.
61 Monitoring and clearing of Open PO's, open GR/IR reports and work with teams to resolve aged items
61 Track and clear open POs and GR/IR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) reports, working with relevant teams to resolve outstanding issues.
61 Supporting sourcing .
61 KPIs measurement with PO creation, Analyze and Improvement.
61 Provide all information, documents and reports for SOX/FI audit and take steps as per corrective action plan drafted by team Leader.
61 Other duties assigned by PTP Supervisor.
