YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Conduct close and effective engagement commercial stakeholders in the region to understand business strategy and design and co-create the best fit solutions to support business outcome by pulling the right procurement expertise and resources across indirect procurement homes.
Proactively and continuously identify areas with room for improvement and develop concrete project proposals on how to address these opportunities and ensure the appropriate implementation.
Play as a work lead role to architect solution, provide the coach and support to the working team and steer the delivery status of key projects in the relevant commercial areas.
Represents Indirects Procurement in Mission Teams and coordinates Procurement-specific input across relevant Procurement Areas
Steers the global rollout of Procurement Enablement initiatives across the Indirects Procurement homes.
Strongly engages with related Communities of Practice
Brings specific PRO process knowledge to support projects
Contribute to the foundation building and optimization of the Indirect procurement APAC home and the global Indirect Procurement home

WHO YOU ARE


Master or equivalent degree in science, engineering, or business management
Commercial procurement in FMCG or commercial function background is highly preferred.
10 years procurement or commercial expertise in MNC are required
Solid background and expertise in Procurement and Procurement processes and methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with strong collaboration, influencing, and communication competencies
Proven experience in change management and project management, Strong ownership
