职责描述： Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher to join our high-throughput screening (HTS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex samples using high-resolution LC-MS platforms to support our screening pipeline. The ideal candidate is passionate about mass spectrometry, possesses strong hands-on technical skills, and maintains a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to science. Key Responsibilities • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS) systems independently. • Develop, optimize, and validate robust LC-MS methods for various analytical challenges. • Perform characterization, identification, and quantification of small molecules or proteins using HRMS (QTOF or Orbitrap). • Accurately and promptly document all experimental procedures, data, and results in an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). • Process, interpret, and analyze complex HRMS data using relevant software; prepare clear and concise analytical reports. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to provide critical mass spectrometry data and insights for project advancement. • Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 任职要求： Essential Requirements: • Education: Master's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience; or Ph.D. degree. Field of Study: Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) systems. • Core Technical Skills: o Substantial practical experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry; proficiency in at least one platform, either QTOF or Orbitrap. o Strong expertise in LC-MS method development, optimization, and troubleshooting. o Proven ability to process and interpret HRMS data using software such as MassHunter, Qual Browser, or similar. • Documentation: Meticulous record-keeping abilities with demonstrated experience using an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN). • Competencies: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Attitude: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Research experience in HTS is highly desirable. • Research experience in ASMS is highly desirable. • Hands-on experience for Rapid-fire MS is a plus. • Coding skill in Python or R is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a record of scientific publications or technical reports being a plus.
