1. Develop and optimize localization algorithms using sensor fusion (GNSS, IMU, LiDAR, camera).
2. Integrate localization modules into the autonomous driving software stack and ensure real-time performance.
3. Collaborate with perception, planning, and mapping teams to improve positioning accuracy and system robustness.
4. Analyze localization failures and edge cases; propose and implement solutions to improve reliability.
5. Support testing, validation, and deployment of localization systems in real-world environments.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of localization techniques, SLAM, and sensor fusion algorithms.
2. Proficiency in C and Python; experience with ROS or similar middleware is a plus.
3. Familiarity with GNSS, IMU, LiDAR, and camera-based positioning systems.
4. Experience with debugging and performance tuning in real-time embedded systems.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
