Job title: Senior People Process Specialist, APAC
Scope of Work
Leads and drives execution and optimization of HR processes across multiple entities or regions. Acts as the expert and process owner within defined areas (e.g., job changes, terminations, mobility, or data management). Ensures global standards are applied locally and identifies improvement opportunities across systems and workflows.Typically responsible for multiple countries or larger business units with a high employee population and/or senior leadership presence.
Contribution
61Acts as process lead for assigned HR areas and ensures high-quality execution through collaboration with HRBPs, Payroll, and CoEs.
61Translates business needs into process or system improvements.
61Coaches and supports other People Process Specialists and contributes to upskilling the global PPS community.
61Represents PPS in cross-functional initiatives and HR technology projects.
61Ensures data integrity and compliance with local and global standards.
Collaboration
61Acts as the main HR process advisor to managers and HRBPs in the region. Partners closely with Finance, Legal, and Total Rewards. Supports change management and communication for new processes and digital tools.
Profile
61Applies deep knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and process design. Understands employment regulations in the region of responsibility. Uses data, analytics, and AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, automation) to enhance quality, compliance, and efficiency in people processes.
Has extensive experience in HR operations or process management and can operate independently in a complex international environment. Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance standardization with local business needs.
