Product and Process Optimization 产品与工艺优化
*Plan new product and process trials in the pilot plant, main plant and provide necessary process engineering inputs for scaling up of lab process to plant scale
*Identify and improve processes within department, in line with the system for process improvements and optimisation from laboratory experiments to full scale production trials
*Monitor new product compliance, plan and identify bottlenecks, undertake investigation and advise on possible resolutions of the same
*Carry out process safety works (analysis and continuous improvements)
*Make decisions like development of Process Design packages for capital projects under regular supervision
*Effectively plan and organize multiple projects in co-operation with the team
*Manage SHE performance to meet site and specific laboratory requirements
