岗位职责
1、系统学习并掌握后道包装行业的专业技术知识,构建扎实的技术理论与应用体系。
2、负责俄语类技术文件、商务文档的笔译与校对工作,确保译文精准、专业且符合企业语境规范。
3、承担俄语区域客户的接待与商务对接工作,深度参与俄语区市场的开发拓展,同时为客户提供全流程的技术支持服务。
4、毕业后派驻独联体区域常驻,以中方代表身份统筹对接区域内售前方案制定、售后服务响应及技术支持落地等核心业务。
岗位要求
1、在俄语区有丰富的生活或学习经历,具备俄罗斯工作签证,熟悉俄语区文化和风俗,精通俄语,具备母语级的听说读写能力;英语或汉语流利,可作为工作语言开展跨语言沟通协作。
2、机械设计、电气工程等相关工科专业背景者优先,具备基础的工程技术认知者更佳。
3、适应能力强,能够接受在俄语区长期常驻或高频出差的工作模式。

5、入职初期(1-2 年)需在武汉总部办公,完成行业技能培训与业务实操学习;后续将根据个人技能掌握程度及公司俄语区业务发展规划,派驻独联体区域处长期开展属地化运营。
Overseas Service Engineer (Russian-speaking)
Job Responsibilities:

1.Systematically learn and master the professional technical knowledge of the post-press packaging industry, and establish a solid technical theoretical and application system.
2.Be responsible for the translation and proofreading of Russian technical documents and business documents, ensuring that the translations are accurate, professional and compliant with the enterprise’s contextual specifications.
3.Undertake the reception and business liaison of clients in Russian-speaking regions, deeply participate in the development and expansion of the Russian-speaking market, and provide full-process technical support services for clients.
4.Be stationed permanently in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) region after graduation, and act as a Chinese representative to coordinate and manage core businesses in the region, including pre-sales solution formulation, after-sales service response and technical support implementation.
Job Requirements
1.Possess extensive living or studying experience in Russian-speaking regions, hold a Russian work visa ; be familiar with the culture and customs of Russian-speaking regions, have a native-level command of Russian in listening, speaking, reading and writing; be fluent in English or Chinese, which can be used as working languages for cross-lingual communication and collaboration.
2.Candidates with a background in engineering majors such as Mechanical Design and Electrical Engineering are preferred, and those with basic engineering technical cognition are more desirable.
3.Have strong adaptability and be able to accept the working mode of long-term residency or frequent business trips in Russian-speaking regions.
4.Open to graduates of the classes of 2024–2027.
5.During the initial 1–2 years of employment, you will be based at the Wuhan headquarters to complete industry-specific skill training and hands-on business practice. Subsequently, you will be stationed at the CIS regional office for long-term localized operations, subject to your skill proficiency and the company’s business development plan for Russian-speaking regions.
