1. 负责本学科的课程架构设计，提出建议和意见 Be responsible for the curriculum framework design of the department and put forward suggestions and opinions; 2. 负责课程研发和实施，确保课程的顺利进行 Responsible for curriculum development and implementation, ensuring the smooth progress of the curriculum; 3. 负责学科组日常的教学、教研活动和备课支持和安排 Responsible for the daily teaching, research activities, and lesson preparation support and arrangement of the subject group; 4. 负责学科组教师的教学常规落实 Be responsible for the implementation of teaching routines of teachers in the subject group; 5. 保障本学科的教学质量标准 Ensure the teaching quality standards of the subject; 6. 根据学生的需求和学科特点，制定教学计划和教学方法 Develop teaching plans and methods based on students’ needs and subject characteristics; 7. 负责本学科相关学生活动设计与实施 Responsible for the design and implementation of student activities related to the subject; 8. 负责本学科组教师专业带教 Responsible for the professional teaching of teachers in the department. 9. 完成学校安排的其它任务 Other duties assigned by the school.
