Provide full-cycle daily HR support, Key duties included driving
recruitment cycles, administering employee onboarding/offboarding, processing
internal transfers, and managing probationary assessments to support workforce
stability and policy adherence.
提供南京工厂日常HR全流程的工作支持。主要职责包括:跟踪招聘周期、协助员工入职/离职手续、处理内部调动及员工试用期评估,以支持劳动力稳定和政策合规。

Orchestrated
and supported the implementation of local HR initiatives and time-sensitive
tasks at the plant level, including comprehensive management of client audit
preparations and emergency response coordination.
统筹支持工厂本地人力资源工作的规划落地与临时性任务的高效执行,包括客户审核专项支持、应急事件协调等综合事务管理。

Partnered with people leaders to design and execute business-driven
training and employee experience programs, continuously advancing

Job Requirements / 任职要求
·
Bachelor's
degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields; 5 years of proven HR experience.
本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理等相关专业, 5年以上人力资源经验。
·
Experience
in an international company is a strong plus and proficient in English.
外企背景优先, 英语可作为工作语言。
·
Familiar
with basic HR processes and local labor laws.
熟悉基础HR流程及当地劳动法规。
·
Good
communication, coordination and execution skills; attention to detail.
具备良好沟通协调、执行能力及细节把控力。

Proficient
in office software and HR information systems.
熟练使用办公软件及HR信息系统。
·
