• Module NPI development activities:
o Communicate with module component suppliers to negotiate price and timelines.
o ENG BOM cost calculation and component library maintenance
o Align with teams covering the third-party assembly houses
o Resource allocation such as ATE and BI for our modules, improving the current process
• Product Management
o Competitive analysis
