1、全日制本科及以上。
2、英语类、师范类、图书情报类相关专业。
3、能熟练使用英语进行书面和口头沟通交流，具有良好的听说读写能力。
4、热爱图书馆工作，有较强的团结协作意识和团结精神。
5、熟练使用office相关软件。
5、了解国际课程，有国际学校图书馆或教师工作经历者优先考虑。

Responsibilities :
1、Reading and Literature ：
-Assist Secondary School librarian coordinator ( SLC listed below ) to foster an environment that encourages and empowers students to read and research in academic .
-Support SLC to develop, implement and support strategies , programmes , special events and activities to support reading , and to develop in students and staff a love of literature and the habit of lifelong reading .
2、 Learning and Teaching
- Provide library information literacy lessons in Secondary Section - to build and develop an array of reading and research skills , as well as inspire a love of reading .
- Support SLC to nurture a rich, dynamic learning environment which supports the needs of the students and teachers.
- Inspire and facilitate independent learning, research and inquiry.
-Understanding citation formats, and assist teachers to foster students’ research skills, reading, literature, and literacy skills in curriculum.
3、Others
- Support daily tasks of the library.
- Support related tasks of textbooks ordering and purchase.
