工作职责:
1. Lead RD team to design automatic equipment for USI Sites' or BU's demand；
2. Supervise RD team members and ensure that self-designed automatic equipment fulfill specification required；
3. Self-designed automatic equipment's budget and schedule control；
4. Innovative total solution for customer's automation requirements；
5. On-site support self-designed equipment implementation, debugging and problems solving；
6. Catch up top side down KPIs then achieve department's goal；
7. Familiar with non-standard automatic equipment development include H/W and S/W；
8. Apply USI approved IP for self-designed equipment at least 3 projects per years.
