工作职责
* Develop category portfolio architecture and growth strategy and define each
role of new product by looking at the global category trends and local consumer
needs to ensure leadership in the category
* Develop and evolve the brands and go to market strategies. Embodying the
brand value and at the same time work towards complementing different consumer
needs and optimizing strength and synergy to ensure the long term brand equity
building and superiority. Co-work with customer team and customer marketing
colleagues to analyze category dynamics and find new opportunities.
* Build business case with strategic assumptions, develop and communicate
strategic plan and roadmap to key stakeholders and decision boards to align
with key stakeholders
* Develop launch plans together with customer teams and technical teams to
ensure a successful landing of the project and closely monitor the post-launch
progress to better guide future pipeline
* Analyzebusiness opportunities and problems through different sources of
information including internal sales data, market research reports, competitive
