职位描述
Treasury is the centralized function of the company to manage the liquidity and capital positions, ensuring sufficient resources to support business growth and optimizing the use of the balance sheet by minimize idle cash and optimize investment return. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a core member of the team, duties include, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
• Take part in funding raise arrangements, like bond issuance, syndication loan issuance, bilateral bank facility application;
• Recommend and support the execution of hedging strategy;
• Participate in the day-to-day liquidity management and manage the associated risks;
• Arrange daily funding required by businesses and transfer to appropriate GF entity;
• Prepare daily and monthly liquidity report;
• Prepare and calculate Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) and mechanism enhancement;
• Identify, measure and quantify the liquidity and treasury risks;
• Evaluate and recommend for balance sheet optimization, including asset allocation and funding alternatives;
• Supervise the production of the relevant reports;
• Coordinate and support Asset Allocation Committee Meeting;
• Compile balance sheet management proposals and policies;
• Support regular reporting to head office and balance sheet analysis;
• Support to define the requirements on system solution and system testing.
Requirements
• Master Degree, with strong interest and experience in balance sheet and liquidity risk management within a financial institution, ideally with relevant accounting and risk management knowledge;
• 5-10 years relevant experiences in sizable financial institutions / brokerage firm;
• Team player with unquestionable integrity and ethical standards;
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and contribute;
• Strong in logical reasoning, good sense to numbers. Ability in computer programming (Java/VBA/etc) would be an added advantage;
• Independent and critical thinking skills and strong financial acumen;
• Good English and Mandarin ability, both in speaking and writing;
• Good verbal and written communication skills (must including Chinese) and with ability to articulate effectively ideas and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
