1. Support retail VM and retail operation team to execute the VM guideline and ensure the store merchandising is well-presented. 2. Guide the retail stores to following global brand strategies closely. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 1. Follow the lead from retail VM team in retail stores’ visual merchandising. 2. Responsible for overseeing store VM execution quality and monitor VM guidelines to be consistently and timely implemented on a regular basis. 3. Communicate with retail operation on a regularly basis to boost the sales via visual merchandising enhancement. 4. Assist store team in regular maintenance both hard and soft, including furniture, fixture, prop, mannequin, pos-material etc. and manage the related in-store VM materials. 5. Assist Retail ops team in carrying out the floor-set plan in terms of store level of A /A/B/C/Outlets on the monthly basis. 6. Coordinate with VM team on campaign implementation, store/pop-up opening and all retail-own related events. 7. Partnership with ops team on operating the weekly store VM sharing platform and provide immediate VM solutions when needed. 8. Conduct the in-store VM training as needed. QUALIFICATIONS
