作为业务开发与产品应用工程师,你需要负责公司战略行业市场应用需求发掘与新产品方案的开发,包括:市场潜力研究、新产品应用挖掘和发现、客户技术沟通等工作。
As a business development and product application engineer, you are responsible for identifying strategic industry market demands and developing new product solutions, including market potential research, application discovery, and customer technical communication.

产品管理:负责公司产品的项目管理,技术支持,销售工具与产品体系建立。
Product Management: Oversee project management, provide technical support, and establish sales tools and product systems.

关键目标:结合公司战略行业应用维护与开发公司产品方案,并对相关产品线进行完整的生命周期管理。
Key Goals: Maintain and develop product solutions aligned with the company’s strategic industry applications while managing the full lifecycle of relevant product lines.

2.Key Responsibilities 主要职责
80接受出差,能通过与客户技术交流、回访客户等途径,了解客户需求、挖掘客户痛点,给出解决方案,有较好的书面表达能力;
Accept business trips, able to communicate technically with clients, follow up with clients to understand their needs, identify their pain points, provide solutions, and possess good written communication skills;
80市场需求分析:了解行业最新动态,能根据需求分析进行产品研发、改良和优化,设计出更好、更高效的产品,确保满足客户的需求;
Market Demand Analysis: Understanding the latest industry trends, being able to conduct product research and development, improvements, and optimizations based on demand analysis, designing better and more efficient products to ensure they meet customer needs;
80应用与推广:能调查国内外同行设备,从多维度分析优劣势,为公司产品的应用开发与推广提供依据;
Application and Promotion: Able to investigate the devices of domestic and foreign peers, analyze strengths and weaknesses from multiple dimensions, and provide a basis for the application development and promotion of the company's products;
80技术支持:对输入资料的完整性、技术可行性进行分析与评估反馈;
Technical support: Analyze and evaluate the completeness and technical feasibility of the input data and provide feedback.
80销售支持:与客户保持良好沟通,能够积极快速响应客户及销售的需求,提供合理的解决方案,支持销售达成订单;
Sales Support: Maintain good communication with customers, respond quickly and actively to the needs of customers and sales, provide reasonable solutions, and support sales in achieving orders.
80售后跟踪:负责产品的售后跟踪服务,需要明确客户使用中出现的问题和困扰,及时反馈问题并提供解决方案;
After-sales tracking: Responsible for after-sales tracking services for products, needs to clarify the issues and difficulties encountered by customers during use, promptly report problems and provide solutions.
80应用文档及培训材料的制作:负责产品的应用文档、培训材料等的制作、整理和更新等工作,为用户提供详细的产品、工艺、设备和加工方案资料,同时通过培训和指导提高客户的技术水平和使用效果;
Production of application documentation and training materials: Responsible for the production, organization, and updating of application documentation, training materials, etc., for the product. Provide users with detailed information on products, processes, equipment, and processing solutions while improving customers' technical skills and usage effectiveness through training and guidance;
80其他上级安排的项目/任务。
Other projects/tasks arranged by superiors.

3.Know-How 知识(Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge教育背景、工作经验和业务知识等)
80熟悉空气过滤和暖通空调系统优先,不断学习提高自我水平
Familiarity with air filtration and HVAC systems preferred, continuous learning to improve oneself
80大学本科及以上学历,化学相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in a chemistry-related
80 3-5年及以上相关工作经验
3-5 years and above related working experience
80有技术服务配套的经验优先
Experience in technical service support is preferred
