职位描述：
１.Establish robust processes via systematic and reliable application of process planning tools, maintain and continuous improve the existing processes FMEA, control plan via effective monitoring and supervision of process results.

２. Liaise with LPOs to keep efficient network with FDCx and central functions to obtain reference inputs of processes risks/learnings/measures and revise these inputs into factory processes planning/control documents.

３. Support new process planning and new product introduction(Fabrication machines), responsible for effective implementation of FMEA, PGL and other requested IE tools in new process or new product project.

４.Drive the effective execution of problem solving towards process deviation and MAE malfunctions together with process engineers.

５. Drive fabrication process continuous improvements towards efficiency, quality, cost, ergonomic and safety.
推动制造工艺的持续改进，以提高效率，质量，成本，符合人体工程学和安全性。
６. Support assembly process continuous improvements towards efficiency, quality, cost, ergonomic and safety.
